Anna: The houndoom stretched, sitting at her couch. She had just unpacked from a long trip to see her parents, and was a bit tired at the moment. But a bid sad and lonely, too. She remembered her old boyfriend; Sky Sounder. And she was a bit in wonder in how he was doing. Crossing her arms, she gave a sigh. “I wonder if he remembers me?” She uttered to herself, turning the T.V. on, to find Spy Kids was on. One of her favorite younger-years movies. The volume was low, and she was in a white sweater and baggy pants, since it was freezing and raining out.
*He quietly walks up to the door, wanting to welcome his new neighbor, unknown to him that is was his old girlfriend, whom he had mourned her leaving without a word. She then hears a quiet knock on the door, followed by a quiet and familiar voice*
“…Hello…? New neighbor…? I came to welcome you…”
The houndoom’s watching of the film was quickly interrupted by a knock on the door. Good thing she had the volume low, the knock was so soft she probably wouldn’t hear it if it was turned on louder. “Coming!” She called, pausing the T.V. and walked right up to the door.
“Hi! Thanks for welcoming, I’m Anna and—” She had a cheery expression on her face at first, which was quickly replaced with shock at the face staring at her. Same hair, same face— The houndoom gave a small gasp.
”..S-Sky?”
*His eyes widened, looking at the houndoom. He never though, in all of his life, that he would ever see her again. He looked her over. Same body, same face, same caring attitude and personality. He was certain it was Anna*
“A-Anna?” *He spoke as his eyes began to tear up, looking into her beautiful eyes*
The houndoom stayed completely motionless for a moment. Was she even breathing? It was a bit hard to tell from her completely frozen expression, looking right into Sky’s eyes.
“SKY!” She suddenly screeched, bringing the pegasus into a tight, gripping hug, tearing up slightly. “Y-You came back! I was worried I’d never see you again!” She squealed in a shaky, happy tone.
*He hugged her back just as tight, crying into her shoulder*
“I-I thought you w-were gone forever…! I w-was so worried when y-you left without a-a word…!!”
Anna took a moment to stand straight, staring right into the pegasus’s eyes and rubbing his cheek with one of her hands, a weak smile on her face, that was obivously apologetic. She was saying sorry mentally, before speaking.
“I-I’m sorry. My parents called, Mom had won a fight a-against a luckily weak stage of cancer, and I more or less dragged myself off without saying goodbye. I should have told you I was going for a while…” She admitted sadly, looking down.
“I-I’m so s-sorry to hear that, Anna… It must’ve been hard, but t-the good thing now is that we’re together again…!”
*He jumps into her arms, holding her as close as possible, having missed her warm embrace*
